Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in shirts, including weekend and Public Holidays (24 / 7 support).
- Basic understanding of customer support and system troubleshooting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
