Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management . The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing supply chain efficiency, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and supporting business growth through strong supplier and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with company objectives.
- Oversee the entire supply chain process from demand planning to delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, cost, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage supplier performance, compliance, and long-term relationships.
- Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and sustainability goals.
3. Planning & Inventory Management
Lead demand and supply planning to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and replenishment strategies.Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to balance forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.4. Logistics & Distribution
Manage logistics partners and transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.Optimize distribution networks to support business expansion and customer service excellence.5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance across procurement, logistics, and inventory.Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare regular reports for management and propose corrective actions where needed.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field .5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a regional or manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse operations .Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel .Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex supply networks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
