Job Scope
Chat Support : Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Order Assistance : Help customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates as needed.
Returns and Refunds : Manage the entire returns and refunds process, including issuing return instructions, processing refunds, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Complaint Management : Address and resolve customer complaints via chat, email and phone call.
Update Inventory : Regularly update inventory levels in the system to reflect current stock availability and ensure accurate stock counts.
Monitor Stock Levels : Continuously monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food & beverage industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
