Overview
Job Summary : We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Service Crew team in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner
- Take orders accurately and process payments using point-of-sale systems
- Prepare and present food and beverage items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas, including dining room and kitchen
