Create KPI for Operations to help improve performances Coordinate with stakeholders to set cost budget based on data for every ops function Gather, calculate & evaluate performance data for monthly ops KPI based on scheme created Create pay scheme for blue collars workers in related Ops function Execute, maintain, and calculate payscheme Monitor and analyze cost trend with insight from related stakeholders Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree related Analytical Skill from an accredited college or university 4+ years experience as data analyst, market research, operation analyst, corporate strategy, business analyst Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools like

Excel
