Overview
Assist lawyers in handling conveyancing matters, particularly in relation to sale and purchase agreements and loan documentations for developers’ projects, sub-sales, perfection, discharge of charge and receipt and reassignment. Maintain status reports and closely monitor all file progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. Liaise with relevant parties such as developers, bank officers, and government departments. Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Keep files and paperwork organised. Coordinate with the accounts department to prepare invoices and billings. Qualifications
SPM qualification and above. Minimum 5 years of working experience in conveyancing matters (preferred). Well-versed in all aspects of conveyancing practice. Hardworking, responsible, efficient, detail-oriented, and with a good working attitude. Able to take instructions from lawyers as well as work with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise effectively with clients, banks, developers, and government authorities.
