Project Planning & Coordination
- Help plan projects (set timelines, list goals, and tasks).
Project Kickoff
Assist in preparing and joining project startup meetings.Project Execution & Monitoring
Support in following up project tasks and tracking progress.Update schedules and check if tasks are completed on time.Report any risks, delays, or issues.Communication & Engagement
Help with communication between the project team, stakeholders, and contractors.Join project review meetings and collect feedback.Project Administration
Keep project files updated (Gantt chart, reports, slides).Requirements
Bachelor in Project Management, Bachelor in Office System Management, Bachelor of Secretarial Studies, Bachelor of Corporate Administrative, Bachelor of Operations Management or any related fied.Minimum CGPA 3.0Excellent computer literacy skillsProactive attitude, team player and strong desire to learn.Strong communication skills, both oral and written
