Responsibilities
- Customer and Market Data-based Aftermarket Strategy & Planning : conduct install base and customer data analytics to identify growth opportunities (e.g., customer connectivity, service contract penetrations, customer segmentations, customer value identifications, key data insights across the customer journey).
- Market and customer value analysis : perform regular and project-based market, customer and aftermarket competitive landscape analyses; generate market and customer insights and identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive aftermarket strategies aligned with business goals, including new product development and portfolio management (tangible and intangible).
- Recurring Revenue Acceleration : develop localized programs to drive sustainable recurring revenue (e.g., service contracts, subscriptions, long-term rentals) to increase customer stickiness and loyalty.
- Drive Overhauling / Remanufacturing Business Growth : identify opportunities and craft growth strategies tailored to local service capabilities.
- Parts, Kits and Other Service Offering Development / Launch / Commercialization : lead development of new aftermarket offerings (Parts, Lubricants, Kits, specially designed Parts) including product launch and commercialization.
- Daily Product Support : collaborate with sales to provide aftermarket product knowledge and technical support to drive aftermarket sales.
- Training and Sales Tools : develop product presentations, training materials, and sales tools to enhance sales team effectiveness in aftermarket products and services.
- Pricing Strategy : conduct regular pricing analysis; develop and implement aftermarket pricing strategies to optimize profitability while staying competitive.
- Daily Pricing Support : assist sales with pricing inquiries, negotiations, and special pricing requests, ensuring alignment with pricing policies.
- Price Data Management : use ERP / CRM systems to manage aftermarket product data, part numbers, and price lists.
- Deliver Overall Business Goal : collaborate with the country’s commercial team to achieve growth, margin, and customer connectivity targets.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Aftermarket & Service, Product Management, Technical Support, Engineering, Industrial Digitalization, or Data Analytics.Demonstrated experience in driving business growth in the aftermarket space.Proven track record in leading roles within industrial companies.Mastery of English (mandatory); additional regional language is a plus.Travel : 20-30%.Analytical & Data Skills : ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx).Excellent communication and coordination skills; strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.Problem-solving capability, cross-functional project experience, business acumen, and growth mindset.Adaptive, resilient, and able to manage stress effectively.Key Stakeholders
