Account Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Degree in Accountancy. Possesses strong written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills and accounting software such as Condo Master, CSS Accounting system. Able to work independently. Candiate with at least 2 years of working experience will have added advantage (entry level applicants are encouraged to apply). Good communication skill, independent and problem solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Accounts Executive (based at KL Sentral)
Responsibilities
- Assist to Prepare full set of Accounts – Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet & Management Account monthly using the CSS system or similar Accounting System.
- Prepare cheques for supplier and contractors.
- Receive cash, cheques & on line banking and issue receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with General Accounts.
- Handling issues related to the properties and the facilities.
- Assist the Building Manager on bad debts, defaulters and sending statement of accounts.
- Able to handle AR, AP, General Ledger, Reconciliation and Fullset of accounts
