Responsibilities

• Onboarding Excellence : Design and execute a personalized onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a seamless and luxurious integration into the Eastern & Oriental Express family
• Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information with a focus on exceptional internal customer service
• HR Administration : Assist in managing HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Recruitment Support : Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and participating in selection processes
• Performance Management : Support the performance management process by assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying training and development opportunities
• Training and Development : Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Policy Implementation : Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization
• Employee Engagement : Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognizing employee achievements, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

We seek warm, genuine, authentic people with a passion for travel and discovery. You are self-assured without being arrogant, and keen to interact with our discerning guests. You are a great storyteller with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude. International exposure will be considered a plus. You must speak English. Additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French and German, are a benefit. We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, ethnicities and religions. Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity.
