Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at Mod.Engr Consultant' in Ipoh, Perak. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of innovative civil and structural engineering solutions for our clients. What you'll be doing

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in the design team
• Designing and developing complex civil and structural engineering systems, including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects
• Conducting detailed structural analyses, using advanced modelling and simulation tools
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Identifying and implementing innovative design solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Contributing to the development of company-wide engineering processes and best practices
