Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Lawyer based in Shah Alam with some work-from-home flexibility. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice on corporate matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and representing clients in legal proceedings. They will also collaborate with other legal professionals, perform legal research, and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on corporate matters
Draft and review legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Represent clients in legal proceedings when needed
Collaborate with other legal professionals
Conduct legal research and manage client relationships

Qualifications

Experience in Corporate Law, and Legal Compliance

Skills in Drafting, Reviewing Legal Documents, and Legal Research

Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Membership in the Malaysian Bar and a valid practicing certificate

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent

Experience in a corporate law firm or legal department is a plus
