SALES JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidates must possess at least Diploma preferably in Sales or Business Management, or any other equivalent field. Work experience required at least 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in sales and customer service. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Malay and English. Strong numerical ability with high accuracy in sales-related calculations, pricing strategies, and cost estimations. Have knowledge in Logistics, Forwarding and Transportation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets.
As a Junior Sales Executive, will be handling company customers and working closely with the Sales team to implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Possess a solid understanding of general sale principles and practices.
- Assist the sales team in the preparation and issuance of accurate and timely quotations for clients.
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation by effectively handling inquiries and building long-term client relationships.
- Organize and maintain quotation records and ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related paperwork.
- Manage incoming sales orders and ensure clear and timely communication within the department.
- Closely monitor ship movements to support order fulfillment and ensure operational efficiency.
- Work efficiently under pressure and coordinate effectively with Heads of Department from other divisions.
- Deliver effective sales presentation, supported by sound business acumen and market understanding.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Work Schedule
8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Lunch Break : 1 : 00 PM - 2 : 00 PM)
