Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Scheduling
Plan, coordinate, and monitor cleaning and pest control operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure timely execution of services according to client contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Optimize manpower allocation and route planning for technicians and cleaners.
Team Leadership & Training
Supervise team leaders, technicians, and cleaning staff.
Conduct onboarding, safety briefings, and skills training.Monitor performance and enforce discipline when necessary.Client Management
Act as primary point of contact for client escalations and service feedback.
Conduct site visits and quality audits to ensure service standards.Prepare service reports and recommend improvements.Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for chemical usage, equipment servicing, and staff certifications.Coordinate with HR and compliance teams for licensing and insurance matters.Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor usage of cleaning supplies, pest control chemicals, and equipment.
Manage procurement and stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.Support budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives.Reporting & Analysis
Generate operational reports, KPI dashboards, and incident logs.
Analyze trends to improve productivity and reduce downtime.Support strategic planning and expansion efforts.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Services, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in cleaning or pest control.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with scheduling software, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.Ability to work flexible hours and conduct site visits.
