Work you’ll do
- Participate in project teams, providing financial advisory services to a diverse client base.
- Analyze financial information and financial statements.
- Develop detailed financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed.
- Communicate effectively with engagement management, ensuring clear and concise delivery of information.
- Maintaining responsibility for project setup, and the updating of engagement files.
- Contribute to practice development activities, including participating in training programs, and networking opportunities within the firm.
- Engage with client’s management during meetings, and assist in preparing presentations.
- Prepare internal documentation related to client engagements and internal working papers.

Possesses undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance or business majors from a recognized university with outstanding academic credentials or professional qualifications such as CFA, CVA, ICAEW, ACCA, FMVA and CFM. Professional certification such as CVA, CFA will be highly regarded.Ideally, 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in business valuation, auditing, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or equity research.Possesses good financial modelling skills, including building financial models from scratch and reviewing clients’ models.Possesses strong analytical skills, an inquisitive mindset, a logical thought process, and the ability to simplify complex issues and lead your team to complete the engagements efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate and present ideas confidently for the board of directors and senior management team,as well as to communicate effectively across various offering teams and to your teams.Professional demeanor with excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, leading a highly driven team which values a high-performing culture mindset, collaboration, caring for each other and respect.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with a strong desire to build internal and external professional networks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
