As a Sports Advisor (Sales), your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly and professional welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Responsibilities :

• To Customers
• Welcome customers professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout.
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to offer appropriate recommendations.
• Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to build relationships.
• Passion for sports and help customers discover new sports.
• Encourage subscription / registration for the loyalty program to enhance customer information.
• To Decathlon Malaysia
• Align with departmental goals and work with the team to achieve them.
• Promote innovation and enhance the sports experience in-store.
• Use resources and commercial tools to boost sales.
• Arrange the store layout according to implantation principles and guidelines.
• Create high-quality displays based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) concept.
• Maintain an attractive and accessible store layout.
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the automatic replenishment system.
• For Safety of People and Goods
• Enforce safety and security standards.
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Development and Skills Enhancement
• Participate in training sessions and develop training skills to become a trainer.
