Join the growing team at Propertylab Technology Sdn Bhd as a full-time Customer Service Admin based in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's day-to-day activities.

What you’ll be doing

Handling customer inquiries and providing responsive and effective customer support
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and interactions
Assisting with the processing of customer orders, payments, and related administrative tasks
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising files
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we’re looking for

Minimum STPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in the technology or property industry

Communicate fluently in Mandarin & support our regional clients, including those from Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
