Oversee end-to-end human resources management, align with the needs of business departments, and provide professional data support and human resources solutions.
Develop recruitment plans, screen suitable talents, and complete team staffing.
Lead the maintenance of employee relations, and standardize the handling of onboarding, transfer, promotion and separation procedures as well as the coordination of labor disputes.
Formulate and optimize HR management systems, ensure accurate calculation of compensation and benefits, and promote the implementation of training and performance management systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of relevant work experience is preferred,Proficiency in spoken Mandarin
Strong ability to work under pressure, as well as excellent communication, coordination and promotion capabilities.
