Job descriptionBachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of relevant work experience is preferred，Proficiency in spoken Mandarin Strong ability to work under pressure, as well as excellent communication, coordination and promotion capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end human resources management, align with the needs of business departments, and provide professional data support and human resources solutions.
- Develop recruitment plans, screen suitable talents, and complete team staffing.
- Lead the maintenance of employee relations, and standardize the handling of onboarding, transfer, promotion and separation procedures as well as the coordination of labor disputes.
- Formulate and optimize HR management systems, ensure accurate calculation of compensation and benefits, and promote the implementation of training and performance management systems.
