Job Description
Retail Supervisor overseeing daily operations, sales, and staff performance at Queensbay Mall.
Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting sales targets and company policies.
- Provide suggestions to increase revenue.
- Conduct daily briefings on sales, budget, new product launches, and promotions.
- Guide team members on daily routines, grooming, housekeeping, stock organization, and expiry monitoring.
- Ensure customer service, safe working environment, and hygiene standards are met.
- Coordinate sales training for junior staff and conduct on‑the‑job training.
- Walk the sales floor to maintain workflow and execute weekly action plans, promotions, stock consolidation, and merchandise display.
- Ensure accurate stock receipt, report discrepancies, and perform daily replenishment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Retail / Store Manager.
