Overview

Retail Assistant (JB Southkey Mid Valley / JB Paradigm) at HLA. This role focuses on delivering excellent in-store customer service, understanding customer needs, and maintaining the brand image across stores.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable apparel; offer alternatives when appropriate.
  • Maintain, replenish, and upkeep the store according to brand image and standards.
  • Actively uphold a global brand image.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum education level : SPM.
  • Candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Customer service experience is valuable.
  • Part-time applicants are welcome; compensation : RM 10 per hour.
