We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented full-time virtual assistant to support a senior professional, the Managing Partner of a growing investment firm. This remote role allows flexibility from your own space, preferably in the same time zone as Singapore, with a preference for candidates based in Malaysia who may work from an office in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
- Email and Calendar Management : Prioritize and manage emails, appointments and calendar scheduling.
- Online Research : Gather information and provide concise summaries to support decision-making.
- Data Entry and Organization : Maintain accurate records and ensure information is easily accessible.
- Travel Arrangements : Book flights, hotels and transportation.
- Personal Projects : Handle recurring personal life management tasks such as ordering groceries, summarizing bills, restaurant bookings, etc.
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack and Zoom.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously.If you are a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills, we would love to hear from you.
