Employment Type : Contract – Full time + EPF, SOCSO & EIS + performance-based annual bonus

Role Description : As a Supply Chain Specialist at Evlos, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, logistics, and inventory control—supporting our high-tech product development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement of components, equipment, and services aligned with project timelines
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
Ensure accuracy in inventory levels, stock movements, and system updates
Monitor, analyze, and report supply chain performance, suggesting improvements
Prepare and manage shipping documents, import / export compliance, and customs clearance
Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure all supply chain activities align with company cost-efficiency and quality goals

Skills & Experience

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations

Proficiency in inventory and procurement software / tools (e.g., ERP systems)

Solid understanding of import / export regulations and supply chain compliance

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Mandarin language proficiency is a must.

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing, automation, or high-tech industries

Familiarity with machine vision components and technical sourcing

Knowledge of lean supply chain principles or Six Sigma

Hands-on experience with international shipping, especially within Southeast Asia
