Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from start to finish, using DMAIC or DMADV methodologies.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.
• Use statistical tools such as Minitab, Excel, or JMP to analyze process performance and variability.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping and other continuous improvement activities.
• Train and mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and project team members.
• Report on project progress, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.
