Equipment Staff Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor Degree on Mechanical / Electronic / Physics or Diploma in the mention course with experiences. Min 3 years of maintenance position in high volume semiconductor line preferable in encapsulation process. Knowledge and hand on experience on machine with encapsulation dispensing technique and plasma machine in End Of Line (EOL) area. Skilled in 8D, PDCA. Lead and train technicians on equipment related topic Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Description :
- Develop / implement preventive maintenance schedules and perform trouble shooting and resolve any casting machine related issue to meet the machine KPI, UD / SD / MTBF / MTBA.
- Optimize casting parameters to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Equipment selection or design of new casting machines and auxiliary equipment,
- Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensure equipment complies with safety and regulatory standards. Support audit and timely documentation update
- Lead and train technicians on equipment related topic
- Sustain Machine performance in term of Safety, Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Quality Throughput.
- Lead continue improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving , support new machine selection , buy-off and ramp up
