Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team responsible for IAM system support, service delivery, and product maintenance, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Recommend and implement improvements to IAM and IGA processes to enhance user experience, security, and compliance.
Work closely with stakeholders like HR, IT operations, and business units to develop IAM processes that meet business and security needs.
Provide production and UAT support for IAM related application system enhancement.
Oversee IAM projects, ensuring smooth delivery, risk management, and adherence to company standards.
Develop and enforce IAM policies and strategies, including access certification, role management, and segregation of duties.
Manage IAM solutions such as user provisioning, access reviews, privileged account management, and single sign-on (SSO).
Serve as the escalation point for IAM issues and work with users and teams to resolve them quickly.
Manage audit activities related to IAM, including managing responses and implementing improvements.
Organize daily team operations, including resource planning and performance management.
Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to keep IAM effective and compliant.
Job Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent. Non-IT degree holders with relevant experience are welcome.
At least 3 years of leadership experience in banking operations or similar, with experience managing IAM teams.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with IGA tools and processes.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a good team leader.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Banking security and compliance knowledge is a plus.
