Assess and understand client hiring needs and requirements to provide targeted recruitment solutions. Implement strategic recruiting methods to attract top-tier candidates, including job advertising and outreach. Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist the best candidates for each role. Source high-quality candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks. Conduct pre-interview screenings to ensure candidate qualifications and suitability. Match the most qualified candidates to appropriate positions, meeting client specifications. Establish and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, offering professional advice and support. Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates Conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates and clients, and manage job offer processes and salary negotiations Join client meetings and represent Hiredly X professionally and effectively. Job Requirements
