Develop and update user documentation and guides Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment. Contribute to the implementation of IT policies and procedures. Install and configure software applications on end-user devices. Collaborate with vendors to resolve software-related issues. Perform hardware maintenance, upgrades, and replacements as needed. Coordinate with vendors for warranty support and repairs. Work closely with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as required. A least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or equivalent. Min 2 years related working experience

IT Executive (IT Support) will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems.
