Job Purpose
IT Executive (IT Support) will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Support :
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
User Training :
Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT best practices, software applications, and security awareness.Develop and update user documentation and guidesIT Infrastructure :
Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.Contribute to the implementation of IT policies and procedures.Software Installation and Configuration :
Install and configure software applications on end-user devices.Collaborate with vendors to resolve software-related issues.Hardware Maintenance :
Perform hardware maintenance, upgrades, and replacements as needed.Coordinate with vendors for warranty support and repairs.Collaboration with IT Team :
Work closely with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications
A least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or equivalent.Min 2 years related working experienceJob Type : Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM3,700.00 per month
