Penerangan pekerjaanPerform the role of a bank maker by preparing payment instructions and transaction requests for management approval. Monitor daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs. Process and review employee claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Ensure timely reimbursement and maintain proper documentation for all claims. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or similar certifications are an advantage. At least 1-2 years in accounting roles, preferably in property development or construction company. Proficiency in e-invoicing systems and understanding of e-invoicing regulations. Proficient in full-set accounting and financial reporting standards. Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Intsoft and Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, compliance requirements, and e-invoicing frameworks. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Job Description : Accounting
- Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end / year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure accuracy in treasury management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and perform depreciation accounting.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulation and company act.
- Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders for audits and assessments.
