Responsibilities
Monitor and record product & equipment temperatures (chillers, cold rooms). Conduct product quality, hygiene, and sanitation inspections. Implement and maintain food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, VHM, MESTI). Maintain SOPs, traceability records, and quality documentation. Support audits, manage non-conformities (CAR), and handle customer complaints. Coordinate lab testing, pest control, and staff hygiene compliance. Provide training to staff on food safety practices. Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Food Science or related field. QA / QC experience in food manufacturing is an advantage. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Willing to work on fixed morning or night shift.
