Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor, located in Klang Vallet, outstation & overseas flexibility. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, ensure safety regulations compliance, manage on‑site personnel, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution. The role includes planning and managing production schedules, supervising on‑site installations, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning, Renovation, and Fit Out
• Skills in Furniture & Woodworking, Structural Construction, and Electrical Works
• Proficiency in 3D Interior Design
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction or fabrication industry is beneficial
