JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
- Help with onboarding processes for new hires (preparation of documents, orientation, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Assist with tracking attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics
- Participate in HR projects and events as assigned
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work at the HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ).Job Type : Full-time
