Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Help with onboarding processes for new hires (preparation of documents, orientation, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Assist with tracking attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics
Participate in HR projects and events as assigned
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work at the HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ).

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM1,000.00 per month
