What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce platforms (TikTok & Shopee)
Experience in managing social media marketing (Instagram & TikTok)
Experience with KOL marketing or user-generated content campaigns.
Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends & social media.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated, creative, and performance-oriented.
Knowledge and passion for skincare (preferred).
Knowledge of AI tools and photo / video editing (preferred).
What You'll Be Doing
Develop monthly and annual content and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Collaborate with creative and social media teams to produce engaging and relevant content.
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to enhance marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign and content performance, and prepare regular reports.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Handle email marketing and social media content planning.
Collaborate with design & content teams for product listings and promotions.
Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
