Regional Engagement Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Projects

Positka is a Singapore‑based boutique consulting firm with blue‑chip multinational clients. Positka’s client work is in the IT Consulting field, specifically in the Cybersecurity domain. In addition to Singapore, we have presence in India and the UK.
Role Description
The Regional Engagement Manager is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of programs and projects to meet customer needs, ensuring delivery excellence and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Understand, articulate, and drive agreement on clients’ expectations and requirements.
- Convert requirements into specific deliverables and credible plans.
- Drive delivery outcomes by leading a team of specialists and collaborating with key stakeholders within Positka and across the customer organization.
- Identify opportunities for business development and extension of client relationships.
- Lead geographically dispersed cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Hold end‑to‑end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
- Develop account growth and development strategy by identifying opportunities within customer accounts.
- Design and execute resource plans to ensure the right type and number of resources are available.
- Hold teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability.
- Continuously improve the project delivery model and strategy.
- Apply industry standard Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to client‑specific situations.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns when they arise.
Analytical / Decision‑Making Responsibilities
Identify appropriate product / service offerings to meet client needs.Make decisions such as prioritizing relationships, negotiating with customers, and overcoming obstacles.Manage multiple teams to deliver projects in alignment with customer needs with transparency to IT services and customer stakeholders.Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations where possible.Manage, negotiate, and resolve project risks effectively.Demonstrate a deep knowledge of Positka’s principles and practices, including coaching, learning, and mentoring.Lead and set an example for project managers and business analysts.Create an open, honest, accountable, and collaborative team environment.Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in Project Management, with at least part of that as primary Engagement Manager.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Strong understanding of key IT functions such as IT Infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps, IT Support, Data Analytics.Strong problem‑solving skills, structured thinking, proactive, assertive, delivery‑oriented, inquisitive.Any Cybersecurity background or experience will be an advantage.Career Path
This role exposes candidates to emerging technologies like Security, Analytics, and Machine Learning and is a stepping stone towards a Business Unit leadership responsibility. Candidates will work closely with senior leadership of Positka and engage with senior executives such as CIO / CISO in customer organizations.
