We are looking for a hands-on Trade Marketing Manager with strong FMCG or Pet Food experience to drive our visibility, activation, and conversion at the point of sale. This is an individual contributor role – perfect for someone who wants to own projects end-to-end and make a direct, visible impact.

About the Role :

As Trade Marketing Manager , you will be the key link between Brand Marketing and Sales , turning strategy into shopper-focused programs that win in-store and online. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize trade initiatives across channels (modern trade, general trade, pet specialty, e-commerce where applicable), working closely with internal teams and external partners.

You won’t manage a team directly, but you’ll lead through influence – driving alignment, project-managing initiatives, and ensuring excellent execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Trade Strategy & Planning :

Develop and implement channel and customer-specific trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales targets.

Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, and visibility programs (POSM, displays, promotions, sampling, etc.).

Partner with Key Account / Sales teams to develop customer decks, selling stories, and activation proposals.

Use sales reports, category data, and shopper insights to sharpen trade plans and identify opportunities.

Own projects end-to-end : brief, timeline, alignment, execution, and post-evaluation.
