Job requirement : Responsibilities

• Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors.
• Train and provide guidance to QC inspection.
• Create and support the disposition of IFR & MRB.
• Hands on experience in SEM, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Monitors, 3rd opt, SMT would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in Trim and Form, X-Ray, Pick and Place, Strip Visual, Final Visual, Packing, CSAM would be an added advantage.
• Perform FOL monthly product characteristic monitor.
• Work and support on the Continuous Improvement projects.
