Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 5 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a manufacturing or precision environment. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. Proficient in Core Tools : APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC. Strong knowledge in 7 core tools, 5 why analysis, 8D methodology and other relevant quality. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective / preventive actions. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily QC activities including sample testing, product inspection, and release processes.
- Lead and supervise quality control teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure high standards of productivity and accuracy.
- Review and verify test results to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Responding to customer quality requirements and providing technical explanations as needed.
- Support and coordinate validation and qualification activities, ensuring that equipment, processes, and systems are compliant and effectively maintained.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and system improvements.
