Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers.

Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services.

May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries.

Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments.

Helping customers in their online buying journey.

Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer services experience using phone, instant messaging and email.
  • Must be proficient in both written and verbal English.
  • Consumer electronics knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Must have strong attention to details and customer focus centric.
  • Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working.
  • Immediately available preferred.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Intermediate / Advance level with Microsoft Excel would be an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of any European language would be an advantage, but not necessary.
