Overview
HR Service Delivery, Executive (Contract). This role supports accurate and timely monthly payroll for employees, maintains related records, files tax reports, and prepares accounting documents and management reports as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process the monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees on the Boss iNet system, including the full payroll cycle : capturing new employees, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, and claims.
- Prepare payroll-related reports for relevant parties and generate statutory contributions / payments (e.g., LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, PTPTN, ASN, Tabung Haji, etc.) within the stipulated timelines.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations such as employee transfers, probationary confirmation reviews, resignations, festival advance applications, hire purchase subsidy applications, and insurance declarations within the required timeframes.
- Conduct employee background screening as required and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the employee database in HRMS and keep personal files up to date.
- Attend to other HR-related tasks as assigned by the superior and Head of HR.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in the related field; fresh graduates may apply.1 year contract role.Salary and Application
