Job Description
The role is responsible for partnering with business managers to drive organizational performance and employee engagement. This includes supporting the design and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs across performance management, employee relations, rewards, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the business managers to set and monitor KPIs, support performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist in manpower planning to achieve business goals.
- .Manage employee relations by handling performance issues, misconduct, and grievances. Provide coaching to line managers, conduct investigations, and resolve cases independently or in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal processes at the business unit, departmental, and company levels, and support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational priorities.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers, and separations. Propose the remuneration packages, issue relevant documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding of new or promoted people managers, with updates to organizational structures and HR systems (BIPO / Lark etc).
- Lead or contribute to rewards benchmarking, market research, HR policy and SOP development, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and end-to-end onboarding of new hires.
- Any other task assigned by the Company / Superior.
