Job requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Human Resources, Social Science or other related discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of working experience in the managerial level and handling human resources, administration and indirect purchasing in logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Malay language.
  • Knowledge of the company's insurance and licensing rules.
  • Results-focused, with good HR knowledge and awareness of current trends and policies.
  • Understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations, experience with ISO audits and documentation.

Job descriptions :

  • Manage HR, Admin and IT functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle all HR activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance reviews, benefits and employee relations across all departments.
  • Work with management to ensure HR strategies support business goals.
  • Keep company forms and documents in line with ISO standards and safety regulations.
  • Develop and update HR & Admin policies to meet company goals and legal requirements.
  • Review and update job descriptions and grading with department input.
  • Address employee discipline and workplace issues.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and updates with current laws and regulations.
  • Oversee company paperwork and manage office assets.
  • Maintain good administrative systems, safety and health standards to create a safe workplace, supervise outsourced contracted services like IT, cleaning services and facilities.
  • Manager company insurance and claims.
  • Handle licensing with local authorities.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
