Job description

Job requirements :

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Human Resources, Social Science or other related discipline.
5 to 8 years of working experience in the managerial level and handling human resources, administration and indirect purchasing in logistics industry.
Proficiency in both English and Malay language.
Knowledge of the company's insurance and licensing rules.
Results-focused, with good HR knowledge and awareness of current trends and policies.
Understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations, experience with ISO audits and documentation.

Job descriptions :

Manage HR, Admin and IT functions to ensure smooth operations.

Handle all HR activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance reviews, benefits and employee relations across all departments.

Work with management to ensure HR strategies support business goals.

Keep company forms and documents in line with ISO standards and safety regulations.

Develop and update HR & Admin policies to meet company goals and legal requirements.

Review and update job descriptions and grading with department input.

Address employee discipline and workplace issues.

Ensure regulatory compliance and updates with current laws and regulations.

Oversee company paperwork and manage office assets.

Maintain good administrative systems, safety and health standards to create a safe workplace, supervise outsourced contracted services like IT, cleaning services and facilities.

Manager company insurance and claims.

Handle licensing with local authorities.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
