Crown Equipment Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Workshop Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible to supervise a team of Workshop Technicians in service area and support Crown's service operations and customer requirements. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of service that Crown is known for.
You will work closely with our service team and other technicians to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure equipment performance meets industry standards.

Responsibilities : 1. People Management
- Supervise and manage a designated group of workshop technicians.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address disciplinary, supervisory, and technical issues.
- Oversee quality of repairs, upgrades, and overhauls.
2. Administration
Manage job cards, time utilities, and installations.Prepare estimates / quotations for customer PTH trucks.Submit monthly management reports.Update the workshop planner daily.3. Customer Service
Ensure visitors comply with Crown's OH&S policies.Ensure technicians are properly informed and skilled.4. Product Support & Training
Coordinate training with Service Trainer.Assist with technical problem resolution.5. Truck Modification
Liaise on parts / equipment modifications.Ensure minimum 4 SHL units refurbished monthly for sales.6. Rental Technical Support
Inspect returned rental trucks, report damages.Maintain at least 25% green-tagged rental trucks.Coordinate proper rental truck allocation.Flag high repair / maintenance costs.7. Infolink
Provide technical support and installation.Assist with all Infolink processes for new customers.8. Ad-Hoc Tasks
Perform additional tasks / projects as assigned by management.Requirements
SPM, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field SKM, etc.Proven experience as a forklift / service technician or mechanic in a similar industry.With deep understanding on technical aspects of ForkliftsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Good communication skills and committed to work.Excellent people management skillsBenefits
