Salesman

Seeking an ambitious and driven salesperson to join our team at Vision Spa Optometry Sdn Bhd as a Salesman. This full‑time position is based in Petaling Selangor and will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our leading optical retail brand.

What you'll be doing

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and consultative selling.

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Demonstrate and showcase our range of premium eyewear and optical products.

Stay up‑to‑date with new product developments and industry trends.

Assist with inventory management and store operations as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or optical industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for customer service.

Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to work well in a team and independently to achieve sales targets.

Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
