About the job Marketing Manager - Bird Nest Company

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Salary : RM 6,500 -RM 9,000

Location : Perai,Penang

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive environments for strategic decision-making.

Digital Marketing Management

  • Manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns, including social media, email, SEO / SEM, content marketing, and automation.
  • Optimize digital marketing budgets and resources for maximum ROI.

    • Content Creation and Management

  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone across all content.

    • Lead Generation and Conversion

  • Drive lead generation through targeted advertising campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for seamless integration between marketing and sales.

    • Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

    • Brand Management

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Enhance brand visibility, reputation, and customer engagement.

    • Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead and guide marketing teams, promoting their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing with business objectives.

    • Market Research and Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

    • Requirements

  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C customer needs and market trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Ability to explore new sales channels and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and support effective sales teams.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to monitor and optimize performance based on sales data and customer feedback.
