Management Accountant - Asia

Job Summary

Weir Minerals seeks a Management Accountant – Asia to join our Kuala Lumpur location. This hybrid role partners with key senior stakeholders in the Asia business to drive commercial growth and financial insight.

Location and Remote Work

Mutiara Damansara, Malaysia / Jakarta, Indonesia – hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Month‑end : Provide product and variance analysis across a high‑growth business unit, own month‑end close processes and reconciliations.
• Quarterly Forecast and Annual Budgeting : Partner with the business on forecasting and budgeting orders, revenue and overheads and support presentations.
• Commercial Partnering : Understand and communicate business drivers, pricing and profitability.
• Financial Support : Serve as the key financial contact for the Asia business, supporting financial queries.
• Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero‑harm behaviors in support of our drive toward a world‑class safety culture.
