Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- Type, format, and edit reports, presentations, and legal documents
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and internal communications
- Handle confidential correspondence across departments and external associates
- Prepare minutes, briefings, and follow-ups from meetings and internal discussions
- Attend entertainment or social outings with the Director when required
- Manage legal documentation related to conveyancing and loan matters from start to completion
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally, maintaining strict confidentiality
- Organize office logistics including mail, supplies, courier services, and meeting arrangements
- Support the team with inquiries and operational needs to ensure seamless collaboration
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as directed by the Managing Director
Requirements
