to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our operations meet regulatory requirements, strengthen governance, and enhance risk management practices within the

insurance and financial services industry

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the

Compliance function

as a trusted second line of defence.

regulatory compliance advisory

and technical support on Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (eGRC) systems.

Compliance Matrix

and monitor Compliance Requirements Self-Assessment (CRSA) across departments.

risk-based assessments, reviews, and testing

, identifying gaps and recommending corrective measures.

eGRC system training / briefings

to internal stakeholders.

ad-hoc compliance projects

and collaborate with Group and project teams to strengthen compliance frameworks.

What We're Looking For

Accountancy, Finance, Business

, or equivalent professional qualification.

in governance, compliance, audit, risk management, insurance, or banking.

compliance systems / platforms (e.g., eGRC)

AML / CFT risk issues
